Everline Studios is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact number and the nature of your enquiry. The AI receptionists we build for our clients collect only the information needed to respond to an enquiry and arrange a booking.
Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and, where relevant, confirm your booking. We do not sell your information, and we never share it for unrelated marketing.
How we protect it. Personal information is stored securely on reputable, access-controlled platforms, and kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you may object to its processing. To do so, contact our Information Officer at everlinestudios.team@gmail.com.
