The terms, in plain language
These terms apply when you engage Everline Studios ("Everline", "we", "us") for an AI receptionist, a website build, or any related service. By asking us to start work, you're agreeing to them.
What we provide. An AI receptionist that answers WhatsApp, email and/or phone enquiries for your business, and/or a website build, at the tier and price agreed with you directly (by WhatsApp, email or on a call) before work begins. We don't invent prices — what's quoted to you is what you pay.
Pricing and payment. Each tier has a once-off setup fee and, where applicable, a monthly fee, billed directly by Nathan. There's no fixed-term contract — the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, for any reason, with no penalty. Setup fees are once-off and cover the work already done, so they aren't refunded once setup has started; if you cancel before setup begins, you'll get a full refund.
What the AI can and can't do. Your AI receptionist is built to be genuinely useful, but it isn't perfect — it's designed to hand a conversation to you whenever it's unsure rather than guess. We don't promise a specific number of bookings, leads, or any revenue outcome; results depend on your business, your enquiry volume, and factors outside our control. Figures used on this site (like the missed-enquiry calculator) are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.
Your responsibilities. You're responsible for giving us accurate information about your business (pricing, services, hours, policies) so the assistant represents you correctly, and for reviewing what it's been set up to say before it goes live. If your prices or services change, let us know so we can update it.
If something's wrong. If the service isn't working as agreed, tell us and we'll fix it — that's a standing commitment, not just marketing copy. We're not liable for indirect losses (like a missed booking during a genuine outage), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 3 months before the issue.
Ownership. Website builds belong to you once paid for — your content, your brand, your site. We may showcase completed work (screenshots, case studies) in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Your data. Handled exactly as described in our Privacy & POPIA notice.
Changes. We may update these terms occasionally; the current version always applies. We won't change agreed pricing on an active client without telling you first.
